Surprised? I bet you are. So let me explain in a little more detail here. If you go on any of these recent “fad diets” such as extremely low carb diets, low fat, grapefruit diets, soup diets, or any one of these programs that tries to restrict you from any of the macro nutrients; such as protein, fat, and carbs; you usually end up only losing lean muscle. You will also lower your metabolism. This sucks. It makes it harder to stay thin in the long run, like when you start to eat normal again!
I could spend weeks here going into more and more detail. But that is not my intention. I want this to be short and sweet.
This is what these diets do. They screw with your bodily processes like muscle glycogen process, inulin etc. They mess up your hormonal balance. This is what will put a dead halt on you fat burning efforts.
Stop falling for these fraud diets and gimmicks. No more ab belts. No more Scam products period. You need to understand one thing. We are humans. As humans we need a diet complete with carbs, proteins, and fats. Without these you do NOT have a balanced diet and you will not have the macro nutrients that your body needs as a fat burning machine. These nutrients include but aren’t limited to minerals and vitamins and enzymes.
